MY BACKGROUND

I work with busy professionals who want to stay strong, lean, and energised while managing demanding careers and full lives.

Over the years I’ve coached hundreds of clients who were frustrated with the same cycle:

  • Starting strong but losing consistency
  • Following extreme diets that don’t last
  • Training hard without seeing meaningful progress

What they needed wasn’t more motivation.

They needed structure.

I don’t believe in extreme diets, 6-day training weeks, or programmes that only work if your entire life is structured around them.

I believe in efficiency. Consistency. And building habits that hold up when life gets busy.

My clients train 3–4 times per week. They follow a simple nutrition framework. And they get results — not because the programme is hard, but because it’s designed to fit around a real life.

After 10+ years of coaching and 500+ clients, I’ve refined this approach into a system that works. The 28-Day Reset is the starting point.
